• “Strategic Partnering of IAF and Industry on modernisation and indigenisation : INDAIR 2008”
  
  The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in association with the Indian Air Force organised a two day seminar (26th/27th August 2008) at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi on “Strategic Partnering of IAF and Industry on modernisation and indigenisation : INDAIR 2008”.

The chief guest of the Seminar was Shri A. K. Antony, Hon’ble Minister of Defence, while the keynote address was delivered by Air Chief Marshal F. H. Major, PVSM AVSM SC VM ADC, Chief of Air Staff. During the seminar, CEO AVI-OIL delivered a talk on the ‘Indigenous Production of Aerolubes’.

• MRO in India-Present & Future

  AVI-OIL co-sponsored the International Seminar “MRO in India-Present & Future” organized by the Delhi Branch of the Aeronautical Society of India. Keynote address and invited lectures by eminent professionals from India and abroad in the field of Maintenance, Repair and overhead facilities for military and Civil Aviation were the lead events of the seminar.

• Supporting Health Care

  On the occasion of the Diamond Jubilee of the Air Force central Medical Establishment, AVI-OIL under its ‘Supporting Healthcare’ programme donated an Audiometer to assist in the medical check-up of military and civil pilots.

• Half Marathon Race

  AVI-OIL sponsored a half-marathon race at the 56 Air Stores Park, Faridabad, as a part of the Platinum Jubilee celebrations of the Indian Air Force.
